Cancellations Policy
Once items are delivered/sold, they cannot be returned. Due to local laws, particularly in the U.S., adult toys cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
While we boast flexible return policies compared to other sex doll distributors worldwide, it’s imperative to note that once you place an order and make a deposit or full payment, the purchase is final.
- Please ensure everything is confirmed before payment. Avoid placing orders until you’re certain of your choice. Feel free to review factory photos of the doll or similar options before ordering, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
- Orders cannot be canceled without valid reasons. Once payments are received, order processing commences, and any cancellation may lead to a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee, depending on the progress of your order.
- No Cancellations After Processing Begins. Due to the automated nature of our ordering system, once an order is transmitted to our warehouse or shipping agency to begin the delivery process, it cannot be canceled. This is especially true for in-stock dolls, which are processed and shipped rapidly—often within hours of order placement—to ensure timely delivery. Once the warehouse or shipping agency has received the order and initiated preparation or shipment, all sales are final, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. This policy reflects the immediate costs and efforts involved in our automated fulfillment process. To avoid complications, please ensure all details are confirmed before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee cancellations after this point.
The rationale behind restocking fees is straightforward: there are numerous costs associated with order processing, including customer service efforts and material expenses. Cancelling a completed doll order incurs costs that we aim to mitigate. In-stock doll orders involve packing, while customizable orders entail additional material and time investments. Inspection, repackaging, and restocking efforts further contribute to these costs.
Orders may be modified in certain cases without incurring fees. However, once an order is in processing, changes or cancellations are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Refused Delivery and Return Fees
At SexySexDoll, our ordering system is fully automated to ensure fast and efficient service. Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. For in-stock dolls, shipping typically occurs very quickly—often within hours—to prevent delays and meet customer expectations. As a result, if a customer requests cancellation after placing an order, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before shipping, especially for in-stock items. We strongly recommend confirming all details before completing your purchase to avoid complications.
If a customer insists on refusing delivery after the doll has shipped, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for all associated costs. In such cases, any refund issued will be subject to the following deductions:
- Original Shipping Fee: The cost of shipping the doll to the customer.
- Return Shipping Fee: The cost of returning the doll to our warehouse.
- Administrative Fee: A fee to compensate for processing, handling, and restocking efforts, which may be up to 50% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances.
To be eligible for any refund consideration in this scenario:
- – The doll must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- – The customer must notify us within 12 hours of refusing delivery to coordinate the return process.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel the order or exempt the customer from these fees, as the automated nature of our system incurs immediate costs upon order placement.
Replacement Policy
Your SexySexDoll is custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed, production begins, and cancellations are not accepted. However, in exceptional cases where cancellation is insisted upon, an up-to 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
We conduct quality checks on dolls before shipping to minimize the likelihood of defects. In the event of a defective product, we provide necessary kits for repair. For severe damage, such as a broken head, please inform us for possible replacement arrangements.
Follow these steps to retain eligibility for a replacement doll:
- Inspect your doll thoroughly upon receipt.
- Report any mistakes or significant defects within 24 hours, accompanied by well-lit, high-quality photographs or videos.
- Maintain the doll in new, unused condition with all packaging materials intact.

Damage and Warranty
In the following scenarios, we provide options such as reshipment, remaking, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances:
- Incorrect Dolls: If you receive a doll that significantly differs from the factory pictures or website, kindly submit an unboxing video displaying the entire doll, including the body, head, shipping label, and outer package box. We will conduct an investigation with our factory and shipping carrier and organize a new replacement.
- Damaged Dolls: Upon receiving a package severely damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will arrange for a new replacement. For minor damages, we will supply the necessary kits to aid in fixing the item.
- Missing Package: If the tracking number confirms delivery, but you have not received your package, promptly contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim. As a precautionary measure, we include adult signature service for most packages (exceptions may apply).
Return Policy
Once items are delivered/sold, they cannot be returned. Due to local laws, particularly in the U.S., adult toys cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of whether they have been opened or used. It’s understandable that you wouldn’t want to receive a doll that has been previously used by someone else. If you have a legitimate reason (which we’ll need to verify and evaluate) for returning an item, please ensure it remains in new condition.
