1. On each doll’s page, scroll down to choose the specifications you like, click “Add to Cart”
2. Click the “Cart” at the top right corner.

5. On the Checkout page, fill in the recipient’s name, contact number and shipping address (billing address as well if it’s different).
6. Finally, enter your credit card details on the same page or choose to pay with PayPal.
7. You will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam mail if it’s not in the Inbox.

We use a plain brown box to pack the doll without any text or mark. No one knows what’s inside except you!

If you don’t want to receive your order at home, we can deliver to the nearest FedEx, UPS or DHL pickup point from your address. Simply leave a note under the box “Note to Us”, we will be aware of it.

The dolls’ have a very durable joint to allow them to move and pose. 6Ye is particularly great and their skeleton has strong joints because they use ball-joint. By using this skeleton, their joints are very strong and are unlikely to get damaged because they receive very little friction.

Some of our dolls have body heating feature. However, please be reminded that the system is still at a very beginning stage and it’s not perfect.

Alternatively, use an electric blanket to wrap your doll up, it will take a few minutes to warm them up. Please do not leave your doll in the blanket for too long to avoid damage to her skin. TPE is very sensitive to 50°C or  122°F and above.

Yes, it can! But please do not do it on a hard surface like the ground. Only do it on a soft bed and pillows go to her elbows and knees. This is to prevent her elbows and knees will get hurt and torn.

NO! They are made of TPE or silicone. Without lubricant, it will bring huge friction and it’s likely to tear their private part off.

Please only use water based lube to prevent any damage to the doll.
